Tasty, light, dietary ... here is a dish that is also easy to succeed. For a balanced full meal, serve it with a little whole rice that goes well with these flavors.


  • For 4 people :
  • 8 red mullet fillets
  • 400 g of beans
  • 200 g of gourmet peas
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 1 C. tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 knob of butter
  • salt
  • pepper.
  • Ebouilla


Scald the tomatoes 30 seconds then peel them and detail them in small dice. Cook the beans for 6 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain them, put them under cold water and remove their skin.
